Very few employers provide after-hours meals for their employees for any reason, but Sensory Sweep does just that, Monday through Friday. Paid Holidays
Sensory Sweep observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and Friday the day after), and Christmas Day to the New Year Day. That’s right: six consecutive days off during the Holiday season.
Personal Time Off
Sensory Sweep knows that happy employees are productive employees. Taking regular vacations keeps employees healthy and happy. Ergo, Sensory Sweep offers eligible employees Personal Time Off.
Full-time employees earn 10 days off their first year. After two years full-time employees receive 13 days off, and after four years, full-time employees are entitled to 15 days off a year.
Work Schedule
Sensory Sweep maintains their core hours between 10:00am to 5:00pm. However, at a supervisor’s discretion, your hours can be modified.
Workers’ Compensation
Sensory Sweep participates in a comprehensive worker’s compensation insurance program at no cost to its employees. Benefits may include disability payments, lost wages, and medical expenses for job-related injuries and occupational diseases. Dependents of employees who expire from job related injuries or diseases are entitled to interment expenses and bereavement benefits.
