Sensory Sweep Studios strives to maintain a pleasant work environment for its employees. It has a very casual dress standard. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, with many employees often bringing their pets and children to visit.

Many activities are always going on at Sensory Sweep. Eating contests, Ping Pong Tournaments, and game nights are common. Employees are also allowed their own lighting and decorations for their work-spaces.
