A resident of Salt Lake City, Dave spent his life in the pursuit of entertainment excellence. In the early years Dave, along with his wife Maureen, traveled as professional musicians, organizing and heading up domestic and international tours. Dave and Maureen have performed in exotic venues in Japan, Alaska, Canada, and many places in between. Dave’s creative versatility enabled him to play a variety of genres from rock-n-roll to hip hop and country-western. This flexibility paved the way for Dave’s greatest achievement.

In the mid-nineties Dave discovered an affinity for the video game industry. The work ethic and innovative ideas that brought Dave success in the music industry had prepared him for his most ambitious undertaking: forming his own video game studio.

Taking a small band of pioneering game developers and working out of his living room, Dave started what would eventually become the largest independent developer of video games in the United States. With the help of his two sons Chris and Tony and his daughter Emily, Dave created an American family success story that even a Hollywood writer could not have imagined.
